Every 2 Minutes for 16 minutes:
Back Squat
*Set 1 – 5 reps @ 60%
*Set 2 – 3 reps @ 70%
*Set 3 – 2 reps @ 75%
*Set 4 – 2 reps @ 80%
*Set 5 – 1 rep @ 85%
*Sets 6-8 rep – 1 rep @ 90%+

Every Minute on the Minute for 15 Minutes:
Minute 1: Front Squats x :40 seconds (115/85#)
Minute 2: Weighted Strict Pull-ups x :40 seconds
Minute 3: L-sit Hold x :20-:30 seconds
*Try to accumulate :20-:30 second hold each set
