Tabata Arch and Hollow Holds
*Alternate between movements

Every 2 minutes, for 10 minutes (5 sets):
1 Cleans + 1 Front Squats + 1 Jerk
*Sets 1-3 = 1 rep @ 65% of 1-RM Clean & Jerk
*Sets 4-5 = 1 rep @ 70% of 1-RM Clean & Jerk
When the clock hits 10:00 perform:
Every 2 minutes, for 4 minutes (2 sets):
Clean & Jerk x 1 rep @ 80% of 1-RM Clean & Jerk

Three rounds for time of:
60 Double-Unders
15 Toes-to-Bar
15 Ring Dips
