Every 2 Minutes for 16 Minutes: Back Squat
*Set 1 – 5 reps @ 65-70%
*Set 2 – 3 reps @ 75-80%
*Set 3 – 1 rep @ 85-90%
*Sets 4-8 – 1 rep @ 95%

In teams of 2, complete the following:
Row 5k
*Partner 2 must hold sandbag (bear hug only) while Partner 1 Rows and vice versa
*Partition Row as needed
