Every 2 Minutes for 16 Minutes: Back Squat
*Set 1 – 5 reps @ 65-70%
*Set 2 – 3 reps @ 75-80%
*Set 3 – 1 rep @ 85-90%
*Sets 4-8 – 1 rep @ 95%

Every 4 minutes, for 28 minutes (7 sets) for times:
Row 250/200 Meters
6 Strict Pull-Ups
9 Toes to Bar
15/12 Push-Ups
*Please note times for each of the seven sets.
