Back Squat
*Set 1 – 4 reps @ 70%
*Set 2 – 3 reps @ 80%
*Set 3 – 2 reps @ 85%
*Set 4 – 1 rep @ 90%
*Set 5 – 1 rep @ 90-95%
Followed immediate by..
Every 2 minutes, for 6 minutes (3 sets):
Back Squat x 7 reps @ 70-73%

For time:
15 Deadlifts (225/155#)
30 Wall Ball Shots (20/14#)
12 Deadlifts
24 Wall Ball Shots
9 Deadlifts
18 Wall Ball Shots
