I had a client send me this today and she posted this on a Facebooks page called:  “CrossFit  = Strong” ….

“I see someone who now no longer worries about her weight but rather how much better she can do on the next workout. I have been doing it for only 3 weeks but it has changed me completely.”

I had a client who had a friend ask about whether or not they should train here with me and whether or not it was worth the price.  Brooke actually sent me the email (see below) of what she wrote back to him.  I truly love and appreciate all my clients and wouldn’t change training for anything!  Thanks Brooke!

“I have never used a personal trainer before but I think most average about $20 an hour. Shely knows her stuff. She has all kinds of certifications and is a fantastic resource for exercise, nutrition, etc. She is nice but she isn’t an enabler, like “oh, just do a few.” She will push you to your limit and you will feel so much better when you’re done. I had never lifted more than 10–maybe 15– pound dumbells before July, and today I got a front squat PR of 120 lbs. It is incredibly empowering!!! No one is good at everything, but since there is a wide variety of movements (and we rarely, if ever, repeat a workout), it is impossible not to get a full-body workout! I hate running, but I love rowing. Some people hate squats but love burpees…just kidding, no one loves burpees. LOL. I would encourage you, try it for a month and see if it’s for you. My guess is you’ll get hooked. There are a few other similiar gyms in town, but from what I have heard, you don’t get the personal touch and friendliness of Shely. And don’t be intimidated by being new–all the exercises are modified for your skill level. 🙂
